Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, Events, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
- Experience in handling marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B and/or B2C).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination and integrated campaign execution.
- Understanding of KPI tracking, campaign performance measurement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
- Creative mindset with strong initiative and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
