You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Interested in banking, customer service, and digital financial services
Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, Web3, blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance (DeFi)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a service excellence mindset
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office
English proficiency is an advantage
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
