CORE PURPOSE:
Meeting and greeting parents, visitors and students and assisting with all enquiries by phone and in person, including guest registration at the front of school Concierge desk. Handling deliveries and working closely with security on pedestrian access control and helping to manage the school attendance register.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Secretarial / English Literature / Administration / Hospitality, or other related educational backgrounds.
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant areas as the following:
Experience working at the front desk or directly dealing with external guests.
Experience working at Embassy/hotel/tourism agency / private hospital / international school, or any international environment.
Experience working with children (preferable).
Strong administrative skills to perform secretarial and administrative work.
Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with varied guest behaviour.
Excellent customer service telephone skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good analytical capability.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Possess good self-organisational skills and can manage time efficiently.
Simple report writing skills to write monthly reports.
Highly motivated and a good team player.
Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent English.
Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
