Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design & Development
- Work collaboratively with the academic team to design and map a comprehensive mathematics curriculum for SMP–SMA (Grade 7–12).
- Develop structured lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching resources that support conceptual understanding and mathematical reasoning.
- Ensure learning objectives are clearly defined and logically sequenced across levels.
Curriculum Localization
- Adapt and localize existing curriculum materials to fit the Indonesian learning context while maintaining academic rigor.
- Ensure materials remain aligned with international academic standards while being accessible for local students.
Content Development
- Design high-quality worksheets, practice materials, and assessment papers that reinforce conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Develop materials that encourage higher-order thinking, logical reasoning, and mathematical communication.
Curriculum Review & Improvement
- Review and improve existing curriculum materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Continuously refine learning materials based on feedback from teachers and student learning outcomes.
Assessment Design
- Design formative and summative assessments that accurately measure student understanding and mastery of concepts.
- Ensure assessments are aligned with curriculum objectives and progression across levels.
Curriculum Alignment
- Align curriculum structure and learning outcomes with Cambridge O-Level standards and the Indonesian national syllabus.
- Ensure coherence and progression of mathematical concepts from Grade 7 through Grade 12.
Academic Collaboration
- Collaborate with teachers, academic leaders, and curriculum specialists to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Support teachers by providing guidance on how materials should be used in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of secondary mathematics concepts (Grade 7–12)
- Familiarity with international curricula such as Cambridge, O-Level, or similar frameworks
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational publishing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to produce well-structured academic materials
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
