Job Descriptions:
- Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice & Digital platform.
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any major.
- Min. 1 year working experience in contact center industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Active and Good communication in English.
- Have a certificate for English TOEFL or IELTS min level B2.
- Willing to work on shifting 24/7.
- Willing to place in Jakarta.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
