About the role
Mapleviz is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional design of various residential and commercial spaces. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
Conducting space planning and layout design to optimise the functionality of the space
Preparing detailed design plans, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
Selecting and coordinating the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes
Overseeing the implementation of design projects, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of the design
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in a professional interior design role, preferably within the residential sectors
Strong technical skills in space planning, 3D modelling, and the use of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or 3dsMax, Corona rendering)
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to translate client requirements into visually stunning and functional designs
