  • Memiliki pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Asisten Kebun.

  • Memahami SOP Pembibitan, Penanaman, Perawatan, dan Pemanenan Kelapa Sawit.

  • Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat

  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Muko-muko, Bengkulu
