Position : Event Promotor Jawa Timur (Surabaya)
Work Location : Surabaya, East Java
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Activation, Event Management, Trade Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of event planning, execution, and on-ground brand activation.
Experienced in coordinating with event organizers (EO), promoters, vendors, and third-party partners.
Strong networking skills with event organizers and local communities in East Java.
Familiar with event budgeting, logistics, and activation reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Able to drive a car and possess a valid SIM A.
Job Requirements:
Execute Brand Activation Activities: Plan and execute brand activation programs, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Coordinate Event Execution: Work closely with event organizers, promoters, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth event operations.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with local event organizers, communities, and business partners to support activation initiatives.
Monitor Activation Performance: Monitor event execution, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and prepare activity reports with actionable insights.
Support Brand Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful brand activation programs aligned with business objectives.
