The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing daily kitchen activities, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in taste and service, and implementing new recipes and cooking techniques. The Head Chef will also be involved in food decoration and baking, contributing to the visual appeal and overall dining experience. We are looking for a candidate who holds an Associate Degree and has between 1 to 3 years of experience in the culinary field. Proficiency in cooking, food decoration, and baking is essential. Candidates should have a genuine passion for food and a desire to work in a dynamic and creative environment.
