What You’ll Do:
Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email from Dutch-speaking customers
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Dutch speaker (fluency in English is a plus)
Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bali
Customer-oriented attitude
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
