Job Description:

  • Membantu pengelolaan Active Directory

  • Mendukung troubleshooting pada infrastruktur server (L1 support)

  • Membantu update dokumentasi infrastruktur, SOP, serta inventaris perangkat di Data Center.

  • Membantu buat script sederhana untuk tugas-tugas repetitif di lingkungan On-Premise.


Requirements:

  • Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan baru dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau serumpunnya.

  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai infrastruktur OS (Windows dan Linux) dan virtualisasi.

  • Memiliki minat atau kemampuan dasar scripting seperti PowerShell, Bash, untuk membantu efisiensi tugas administratif.

  • Memahami dasar-dasar networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, dan Firewall).

  • Memahami Ansible dan tools automation lainnya (lebih disukai).
