Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manager daily PCBA manufacturing operations and cable harness including box build, Testing, Store, Production Planning and shipment activities
2. Plan and prioritise production schedules based on manpower, materials availability, equipment capacity and operational efficiency
3. Monitor and optimize end-to-end operational flow from material receiving until finished goods delivery to customers
4. Ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost objectives are achieved.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma.
6. Monitor operational KPI performance including OEE, Yield, Productivity, Scrap, Downtime, Inventory Accuracy, and On-Time Delivery.
7. Coordinate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, Customer Service, and Management teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
8. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements and EHS regulations
9. Manage manpower planning, staff development, training, and performance evaluation.
10. Lead problem-solving activities related to production issues, customer complaints, and process improvements.
11. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and production ramp-up activities.
12. Prepare operational reports and present manufacturing performance to Management.
