Job Description
Manage the administration and documentation of training and development programs.
Coordinate training schedules, Learning Management System (LMS), and virtual meeting platforms.
Maintain training records, HRIS databases, and prepare training reports.
Support the execution of training programs, including participant coordination and certificate issuance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth Training & Development operations.
Qualifications
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major with at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in Training Administration, L&D, or HR.
Strong interest in Learning & Development and potential to grow as a Future Trainer.
Digital-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, and AI tools is an advantage.
