Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs across departments.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, and employee engagement programs.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
