Sales Executive – Intellectual Property (IP)
Are you passionate about sales and interested in helping businesses protect their valuable intellectual assets? Join our team as a Sales Executive – Intellectual Property (IP) and play a key role in providing trademark, copyright, patent, and other IP protection services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Intellectual Property services
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and client meetings
- Present and promote IP services, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and related legal solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, SMEs, and legal partners
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related role
- Experience in legal services, consulting, Intellectual Property, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
