Online Lecturer (Freelance) – Digitalization, IT, Programming & Sustainability
AION Group International is seeking experienced Online Lecturers (Freelance) to deliver professional online training programs for adult learners in collaboration with a leading German education provider.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sharing their expertise, mentoring learners, and delivering engaging online training sessions in English.

Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions in English.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences for adult learners.
- Support participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Provide professional guidance, practical insights, and real-world case studies.
- Participate in lecturer onboarding, training, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with the academic and training management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the subject area.
- Industry experience is highly preferred.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Able to teach and communicate effectively in English.
Teaching Qualifications
- One or more of the following is preferred:
- Train-the-Trainer Certification
- Adult Learning Qualification
- Teaching or Facilitation Certification
- Other relevant instructional qualifications
- Candidates without formal teaching qualifications may still apply if they possess strong industry expertise and teaching potential.

Lecturer Qualification Program Compensation
All successful lecturers will participate in a structured qualification pathway before teaching independently:
Stage 1 – Assisted Teaching (Daily Fee)
Stage 2 – Extended Teaching & Moderation (Daily Fee)
Stage 3 – Independent Teaching Under Audit (Daily Fee)
Progression to the next stage is based on performance evaluations and successful completion of each stage.
