Manager Electronics Engineering

Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• Experience: 10 years of experience on the manufacturing industry, with 5+ years leading automation teams. especially from Automotive manufacturing companies

Automation Technical Skills (Industry 4.0)

• Control Systems: Proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS programming (LG , Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Keyence, Autonics).

• Factory Hardware: Expert in instrumentation, sensors, actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics, VFDs, and robotic arms.

• Networking & IoT: Skilled in integrating legacy machinery with modern Industrial IoT networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and MES/ERP systems.

Manufacturing Management & Efficiency

• Maintenance Strategy: Strong execution of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance to minimize production downtime.

• Lean Methodologies: Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.

• Lead engineers to set up machines, troubleshoot and improve machine performance to be more efficient.

Other Requirements

• Budgeting & ROI: Competent in managing CapEx/OpEx and calculating the Return on Investment for new automation setups.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all automated systems comply with international machine safety (ISO 13849) and national electrical standards.

• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both spoken and written (TOEFL score minimum 500)

• have experience communicating with peoples from overseas

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)

• Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta.

Additional :

• Has VDA / IATF certificate

• Korean proficient

Job Description :

1. Production Machine Control , Installation Machine, Technical issue troubleshooting, NPI Process (New Product Introduction)

2. Mass Production Product Control (Process improvement, customer issue, Technical Troubleshooting etc.)

3. Investment Machine Control

4. 4M Control
