Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Brand Manager supports the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand equity. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Support development of annual brand plans and marketing calendar.
Monitor brand performance and recommend growth opportunities.
Assist in defining target consumers and brand positioning.
Support new product development (NPD) and product renovation projects.
Monitor product lifecycle and recommend portfolio optimization.
Conduct market visits and competitor benchmarking.
Coordinate creative agencies for campaign development & Monitor campaign implementation and effectiveness.
Collaborate with digital marketing team & Monitor digital performance metrics.
Work closely with Trade Marketing on in-store activations, support promotional planning.
