Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Services, Facilities Management, or Administration.
Strong knowledge of facilities management, office administration and vendor management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be placed at District 8 - SCBD.
Job Description
Develop and implement general services strategies to support business operations.
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, utilities, and workplace improvements.
Manage company assets, office equipment, and inventory to ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
Supervise security, housekeeping, and other outsourced service providers.
Negotiate, evaluate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general service functions.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee workplace experience.
Lead, coach, and develop the General Services team to achieve departmental objectives.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide effective administrative and operational support.
