Job Descriptions:
1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with IT processes, systems, and data.
2. Develop and maintain a compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable requirements.
3. Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to address compliance requirements and mitigate identified risks.
4. Communicate and educate employees on IT policies and compliance expectations
5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements as necessary.
6. Acts as the primary point of contact and coordinator between an organization and its internal or external auditors.
7. Review documentation related to IT governance, risk, and compliance activities.
8. Ensure that users have just the right level of access needed to do their jobs and to protect sensitive information and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Governance
3. Have an experience in Consulting and Financial services would be a plus
4. Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA would be a plus
