Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard key account partners within the Mobile Phone, Gadget, and Consumer Electronics sectors.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales and business targets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners.
Develop and implement marketing, promotional, and sales activation programs in collaboration with partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and recommend improvement initiatives to maximize business growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of partnership and promotional activities.
Prepare periodic reports on account performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management.
Proven experience managing clients and building strategic business partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Willing to travel domestically and conduct regular visits to partner stores and business locations.
Experience in the Mobile Phone, Gadget, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or Financing industry is an advantage.
