What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm, accounting, finance, or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level positions.
Good understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards (for Audit candidates) or relevant business, finance, and consulting practices (for Consulting candidates).
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, and challenging environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Willing to travel for out-of-town engagements when required.
