Job Description :
- Support the Purchasing Assistant Manager on managing day to day operation.
- Comparing and evaluating quotations received from potential suppliers and dealing with any incoming queries.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of goods or services acquired on behalf of the business.
- Register new supplier into FLEX with all valid supporting documents include COE/BPCC.
- Ensuring supplier invoing submitted to Finance team, documented and updated in share folder.
- Maintain and update SharePoint site.
