Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end export and import documentation (PEB, PIB, B/L, Packing List, Invoice, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities
Manage customs clearance process and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Liaise with international suppliers and buyers for shipment coordination
Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy of HS Code classification and duty calculation
Coordinate with shipping partners including DHL, Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Expeditors, and other major carriers
