As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and proactive Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records
Support onboarding and recruitment administration
Build talent pools for future hiring needs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Good English communication skills
Experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, or similar platforms
Nice to Have
Recruitment experience in Education, EdTech, SaaS, or Startups
German language skills (considered an advantage during salary discussions)
Experience with ATS and recruitment automation tools
