Description :
Develop and implement Project Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and procedures in line with standards and client requirements
Prepare Quality Plan, QC procedures, and define quality objectives & KPIs
Ensure quality requirements are integrated into project plans and execution
Develop and oversee inspection & testing plans; coordinate inspections and ensure proper documentation
Ensure compliance of engineering deliverables, materials, and equipment through reviews, audits, and inspections
Monitor construction quality and prevent defects or rework through site inspections
Manage non-conformances (NCR), including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsn
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or Science
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in QA/QC supervision or experience handling QA/QC supervision for at least 3 Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection, and testing standards
Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)
Experience in reviewing ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), procedures, and quality documentation
Strong understanding of HSE requirements related to quality activities
Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Willing to be placed in Duri, Riau
