Responsibilities :
Write, review, and deploy critical code across backend services (Go, Rust, Python) and Flutter applications
Monitor, tune, and optimize PostgreSQL performance to ensure stability under heavy traffic loads (2k-5k RPS)
Direct daily engineering operations, unblock technical issues, and guide team leads across QA, Backend, Frontend, and Support
Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure health across GCP cloud services and Proxmox on-premise deployments
Configure, audit, and update security policies, WAF rules, and DDoS protections via Cloudflare and Cloud Armor
Design end-to-end system architectures for new features, ensuring seamless integration from mobile apps down to the database layer
Define the long-term technical roadmap, conduct capacity planning, and evaluate the performance of all IT subdivisions
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of comprehensive, hands-on IT experience with a proven track record as a technical founder, principal architect, or VP-level executive in high-traffic, hyper-growth environments
Extreme ownership, exceptional multi-tasking and context-switching abilities, high stress tolerance, strong leadership presence, and a "lead by example" mindset
Expert-level proficiency in Golang, Python, Rust, and Flutter (Web, iOS, Android)
Mastery of PostgreSQL architecture, indexing, and high-concurrency optimization (2k-5k RPS)
Deep expertise in GCP (Cloud Computing) and on-premise virtualization (Proxmox, Ubuntu, Docker Compose)
Advanced capability in configuring Cloud Armor, Cloudflare, DNS, and complex hybrid network routing
Deep understanding of end-to-end system design spanning mobile clients, edge networks, API gateways, microservices, and databases
