About the Role:
Are you a tech-savvy sales professional who thrives on turning complex IT challenges into seamless business solutions? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager specializing in System Integration (SI).
In this role, you will not just sell products; you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them bridge the gap between their business goals and cutting-edge technology infrastructure (Cloud, Data Center, Cyber Security, Networking, and Enterprise Software).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and scale strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, C-level executives, and key IT decision-makers.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, generate high-quality pipeline leads, and drive revenue growth in the System Integration sector.
Solution-Led Selling: Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineers and Technical Teams to understand client pain points and architect end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing portfolios.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting, technical presentations, and bidding/tendering (RFP/RFQ) to negotiation and contract closure.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales or account management experience, specifically within a System Integrator (SI) or IT Solutions provider company.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value enterprise accounts (B2B).
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business values.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, for corporate presentations and reporting.
