Job Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, resort, or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate resort operations and promotional activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online marketing tools.

- Ability to work under pressure, including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase resort occupancy and revenue.
- Manage social media accounts, online promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers to generate bookings.
- Plan and execute promotional events, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Supervise the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of resort facilities.
- Prepare sales, marketing, and operational reports for management.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational expenses related to marketing and resort activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local tourism standards.
