Receptionist

Your Role in this Journey: 

• Serve as the central point of contact for all Bfriends service areas: Wall Climbing (outdoor), Cafe, Fitness, Spa, K-Beauty (hair, face, nails), and Yoga & Barre.

• Welcome and direct members/guests to their respective service locations.

• Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and waitlists across multiple service departments.

• Ensure smooth handover of guest requests between shifts and departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping, trainers, therapists).

• Monitor access control for fitness, spa, and climbing areas.

• Handle billing, package inquiries, and membership top-ups at the front desk.

• Maintain updated knowledge of class schedules, promotions, and service packages.

Who We’re Excited to Meet:

Required Skills:

• Minimum high school or diploma or bachelor degree or equivalent.

• At least 2 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or guest service role.

• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking software).

• Professional grooming and demeanor.

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma or equivalent in hospitality, tourism, or a related field

• Prior experience in a multi-service wellness or recreation facility

• Familiarity with fitness class scheduling, spa booking systems, or climbing safety protocols

• Basic first aid or CPR certification

• Experience handling cashless payments and membership software

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment

• Basic knowledge of wellness services and facilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transaction

• Certification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (e.g. Certified Hospitality Professional)
