Job Responsibilities
Create test scenarios and execute unit/system testing for applications and QA environments.
Perform and document testing activities based on approved test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with product owners/users.
Monitor and evaluate applications during testing phases and perform re-testing after fixes or improvements are implemented.
Conduct application verification and testing, including functionality, connectivity, network, and system performance testing.
Prepare testing reports and change management documentation as part of project deliverables.
Work collaboratively with development, business analyst, and infrastructure teams to ensure application quality.
Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and reviewed according to company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in programming/business analysis/IT analysis/Quality Assurance.
Experience in software testing and familiarity with automation testing tools.
Basic understanding of application development and database concepts.
Familiar with SQL databases such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle, including writing queries used by applications.
Basic programming knowledge in PHP, .NET, ASP/C++, or C#.
Understanding of SDLC processes and software testing methodologies.
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
Experience using development/support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Artifactory is a plus.
Familiar with integration technologies such as WebMethods, API integration, and middleware concepts is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation.
