Provide information and assistance to customers regarding vehicle financing, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support financing administration and installment payment services in a timely and professional manner.
AR support - remind customer regarding the installment.
Requirement:
Experience as Customer Service or Admin Operation in Car Leasing Company, min 3 years.
Diploma, Bachelor's degree from reputable university any major.
Familiar in data processing and analytical (in Ms. Excel)
Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
Target oriented, good communication skill.
Able to work under the pressure and conduct deliverable of work done in properly manner.
