Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengoordinasikan dan mengawasi operasional kebun kelapa sawit sesuai target perusahaan.

  • Memastikan kegiatan panen, perawatan tanaman, dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur berjalan efektif.

  • Mengontrol pencapaian produksi, kualitas hasil panen, serta penggunaan biaya operasional.

  • Membina dan mengarahkan Asisten Divisi serta tim operasional di lapangan.

  • Memastikan penerapan SOP, K3, dan kebijakan perusahaan dalam seluruh aktivitas operasional.

  • Menyusun laporan operasional dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada Estate Manager.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Pertanian, Agroteknologi, Agronomi, atau jurusan terkait

  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun pada posisi yang sama

  • Memahami operasional kebun mulai dari perawatan tanaman, panen, serta hal yang terkait

  • Jujur, Disiplin dan memiliki Interpersonal skill yang baik

  • Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan analisis yang baik

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Berau, Kalimantan Timur
