Kualifikasi: 

- ⁠Jujur, rajin, disiplin, teliti, bertanggung jawab, pekerja keras, sehat jasmani, dan dapat bekerja sama dengan tim

- ⁠Bersedia tinggal di mess dengan jam kerja shifting (12 jam / shift) 

- Pendidikan minial SMA/SMK atau pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait > 1tahun 

- Memahami jenis-jenis material plastik dasar (seperti PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, atau PVC) serta fungsi masterbatch (pewarna) dan aditif.

- Wajib bisa membaca, menghitung, dan mengikuti instruksi resep  dengan akurat tanpa toleransi kesalahan

- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin mixer industri (high-speed mixer, ribbon blender, atau sejenisnya) serta timbangan digital dengan presisi.
