Job Descriptions :
Support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the GM and Corporate Leader.
Lead and coordinating the pre-opening and operating phase of the hotel project, working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed within established deadlines and budget constraints.
Assist the interim GM to oversee the recruitment and hiring process for key personnel, including department heads and staff. Coordinate training programs for the new team members.
Coordinate and apply marketing and promotional strategies to create awareness of the new hotel and attract guests. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns.
In charge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Recreation as well as Food Safety.
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that the hotel meets or exceeds brand standards and guest expectations.
Plan and coordinate efforts to enhance the overall guest experience, including special events, amenities, and personalized services.
Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to processes, services, and systems.
Work with corporate IT teams to implement and test necessary hotel management systems, including reservation systems, point-of-sale systems, and other technology solutions.
Implement health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct drills and training sessions to prepare staff for emergencies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Business/Marketing
Minimum 5 years Hotel experiences with proven hotel management
Fluent in English
Strong Leadership skills
Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills
Problem solving ability and capability to manage unexpected situations
Passionate about delivering great quality customer service
