Job Descriptions:
1. Provide functional support for the SAP PP module in S/4 HANA.
2. Gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other applications.
3. Validate current and future process flows; identify workarounds for system limitations and estimate implementation effort.
4. Prepare and maintain documentation, including business blueprints, flow diagrams, functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
5. Conduct functional testing and select appropriate test scripts for business processes.
6. Deliver helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues for users across 12 regional plants.
7. Recommend and implement process improvements and new functionalities.
8. Lead or support system upgrade projects and new initiatives for regional subsidiaries.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in production planning within the manufacturing industry; SAP system experience is an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Production Planning (PP).
4. Familiarity with Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP) is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
6. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of leading projects.
7. Willing to travel to support regional subsidiaries.
