Role Overview
We are looking for a People & Culture Lead to build and drive a strong, healthy, and high-performing organization. This role will act as a strategic partner to leadership while also executing core HR functions—ensuring the right people, culture, and systems are in place to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partner
Partner closely with founders and team leads to align people strategy with business goals
Translate business needs into effective organizational structure and workforce planning
Provide guidance on team performance, leadership development, and organizational challenges
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Own end-to-end hiring process (planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
Build strong employer branding to attract aligned talents
Ensure quality hires that fit both competency and culture
3. Performance Management & Development
Design and implement performance management systems (KPI, OKR, or similar)
Support team leads in setting goals and conducting performance reviews
Identify skill gaps and drive learning & development initiatives
4. Culture & Employee Experience
Define, nurture, and maintain company culture and values
Create initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and feedback
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Manage HR administration (contracts, policies, onboarding, offboarding)
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Build and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation
6. Organizational Development
Develop scalable structures, roles, and career paths
Support leadership in building strong, effective teams
Drive initiatives that improve productivity and collaboration
Requirements
Proven experience in HRBP, People & Culture, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, performance, employee relations)
Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High ownership and problem-solving mindset
