Job Description:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cold storage, freezer, chiller, air conditioning (AC), and refrigerated truck (reefer) systems.
Monitor refrigeration equipment performance to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality within cold storage facilities.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, including refrigerant charging, component replacement, and system adjustments.
Conduct routine inspections to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
Prepare maintenance reports, repair analyses, and recommendations for equipment improvement or replacement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure maintenance activities are completed effectively.
Review vendor quotations, monitor work quality, and provide recommendations related to refrigeration projects.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cold storage, or industrial maintenance are preferred.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerants.
Able to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willing to work in a cold storage environment.
