Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana (S1) diutamakan dari jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat (peminatan K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Kesehatan atau jurusan lainnya.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Safety atau HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) sangat diutamakan.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses bisnis Rumah Sakit.
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia
Memiliki sertifikat First Aid (Pertolongan Pertama), First Safety, HAZMAT.
Memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi Higiene Industri Muda (HIMU) yang dikeluarkan oleh BNSP.
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan problem solving yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, inisiatif, proaktif, dan pekerja keras teliti, detail, dan akurat serta jujur, berintegritas, bertanggung jawab, dan disiplin.
