PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa, a subsidiary of Xiamen Xiangyu Group—a Chinese state-owned enterprise and a Fortune Global 500 company—is engaged in nickel mining operations in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a HSE Manager to join our team.
Location: North Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Job Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of HSE systems across nickel mining operations, including mining, hauling, stockpile, workshop, jetty/port, construction activities, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, SMKP, mining safety, and other applicable legal regulations.
Develop, review, and improve HSE policies, procedures, standards, risk controls, and emergency response plans.
Monitor HSE performance, conduct inspections, audits, safety programs, and ensure timely follow-up on findings.
Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare and review periodic HSE reports, including work accidents, SMKP, P2K3, RKL-RPL, environmental, and legal compliance reports.
Coordinate with Operations, KTT, contractors, site management, and relevant authorities on HSE and environmental matters.
Lead and develop the HSE team, including coaching, task delegation, performance monitoring, and competency development.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure consistent implementation of safety standards in daily operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
Valid AK3 Umum certification is required; POP/POM, SMKP Auditor, or Ahli Konstruksi certification will be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in nickel mining, mining construction, hauling, jetty/port, or heavy industry.
Strong understanding of SMKP, mining HSE regulations, environmental management, RKL-RPL, P2K3, incident investigation, and contractor safety management.
Experienced in HSE inspections, audits, incident handling, regulatory reporting, and coordination with government authorities.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
