Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise AVSEC officers in daily security screening operations (passenger, baggage, and cargo).
Ensure all aviation security procedures comply with regulations and company standards.
Monitor and control screening effectiveness and security activities in assigned area.
Provide guidance, coaching, and briefing to team members.
Handle security incidents and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with airport authorities and related stakeholders.
Prepare reports on security performance, incidents, and daily operations.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.
Education & Certification:
Minimum Senior High School (SMA) diploma; Diploma (D3) is preferred.
Candidates with backgrounds in Aviation, Management, Security, or related fields are preferred.
Must hold a valid AVSEC License with at least 3 months of validity remaining before expiration.
Must possess a minimum Junior AVSEC Certificate.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an AVSEC personnel.
Experience as an AVSEC Team Leader or Coordinator is preferred.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of national and international aviation security regulations.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
Familiar with aviation security SOPs and airport/hangar operational procedures.
Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Capable of managing teams and resolving operational issues effectively.
Possesses good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations.
