Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day publishing across the game and esports social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) in line with the approved content calendar
Monitor community sentiment across all channels; respond to player comments and DMs in a timely manner to maintain a healthy community atmosphere
Execute the publishing schedule ensuring content goes live on time, formatted correctly, and optimized for each platform's requirements
Compile and deliver weekly analytics reports covering engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and other key metrics to support content optimization
Coordinate execution details with the Community, KOC/KOL, and Esports teams at an operational level to ensure all cross-team content milestones go live on schedule
Be on-call for match days to support real-time content publishing and community interaction with fast response times
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media account management or community management
Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker; English as working language
Solid working knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram publishing mechanics and community features
Strong execution discipline with good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic data literacy — able to organize metrics and produce clear weekly reporting
Gaming or esports experience is a plus; some familiarity with player community culture is preferred
