Job Description

  1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution in alignment with business objectives.

  2. Oversee procurement planning and supplier management to ensure the timely availability of materials and products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

  3. Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.

  4. Manage warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure efficient product movement, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Sales, Product, and Manufacturing, to align supply chain activities with business requirements.

  6. Monitor supply chain performance through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve service levels, productivity, and cost efficiency.

  7. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans and ensuring business continuity across procurement, logistics, and inventory operations.

  8. Manage supply chain budgets, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and support sustainable business growth.


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations Management.

  3. Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.

  4. Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

  5. Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning, KPI monitoring, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

  6. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for supply chain planning, reporting, and operational analysis.

  7. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  8. Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects is highly preferred.
