Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing,Pharmacy, or any related course.
- With experience in bidding, procurement, or documentation.
- Knowledgeable in preparing bid documents and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process bidding documents.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of bid submissions.
- Monitor deadlines and bidding requirements.
- Maintain proper records and files.
Job Details:
Position: Bidding Specialist
Salary: 30,000-35,000
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
