Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, and PPh 21 taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Coretax and tax reporting processes will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing and operating HRIS systems
- High attention to detail with excellent numerical skills.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, and other variable components.
- Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Administer and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee data changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations in the HRIS.
- Reconcile payroll data and generate periodic payroll reports and analysis.
- Support tax administration processes, including reporting through Coretax and other related tax systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payroll, HRIS, and tax matters.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable labor regulations and tax laws.
- Generate and deliver accurate, up-to-date headcount and employee data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.
