We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate with different departments, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
