About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at PT Avows Technologies' in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with the company's vision and goals.
What you'll be doing
Proactively research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
Do New Client Acquisition
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's reach and client base
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute tailored sales and marketing campaigns
Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
Continuously monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives
Identify and recommend areas for improvement to enhance the company's competitive advantage
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of IT Outsourcing Industry
Good in speaking English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of business development initiatives
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
