Ensure spare parts and buffer stock are prepared and delivered to service centers on time.
Monitor aging inventory and coordinate with service centers to return slow-moving or overdue materials.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and analyze stock levels based on past usage and future demand.
Monitor inventory across warehouses, including incoming shipments, and plan material requirements with HQ.
Calculate material requirements, coordinate with suppliers, and process purchase orders and payments.
Support daily PMC operations and prepare regular reports as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Able to communicate in English for daily work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.
Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
