Position: Digital Marketing Officer

Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales objectives. The role involves managing the company's digital platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing online campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance to improve customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Create strategies to increase brand visibility and online presence.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Respond to online inquiries and customer messages in coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Monitor engagement, followers, and campaign performance.

3. Website Management

  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant content and announcements.
  • Ensure website information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Coordinate with website developers when necessary.

4. Content Creation
