Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-level collaborations and B2B partnerships that align with our brand's prestige and long-term goals.
- Lead end-to-end co-branding initiatives, from initial concept to execution and impact analysis.
- Conceptualize and execute high-profile brand activations and collaborative events that drive engagement and elevate brand perception.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and premium messaging across all partnership touchpoints and activation channels.
- Oversee and synchronize marketing efforts for a portfolio of two or more distinct brands, ensuring each maintains its unique identity while maximizing synergy.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing marketing operations for at least two brands simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in handling partnerships and events with high-premium or luxury-tier companies.
- Having portfolio demonstrating innovative activation concepts that successfully target high-net-worth (HNW) demographics.
- Ability to present and negotiate at an executive level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
- Established network within luxury lifestyle media, premium influencers, and exclusive communities.
- Strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for detail regarding brand presentation and visual identity.
